Freight Policy
At , our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping costs and delivery methods are determined at time of order shipment. If freight charges are due they will be included on customers invoice copy or billed separately.

will pay 100% of the freight charges (except on items specified F.O.B.) on orders of $650.00 or more to destinations within the Continental United States.(F.O.B. items may be combined to make this amount) On F.O.B. items, freight will beadded to the invoice. On orders of less than $650.00, freight charges will be included on the original invoice or billed separately.

Chicagoland Area
Normal Continental U.S. shipping policies and procedures apply. For established account holders, orders of $125.00 or more will be delivered free in the Chicagoland area on scheduled delivery days. A small charge of $9.95 may be added to “Special Delivery” orders. Local orders must be placed by 3:30 PM, the day before your regular delivery day!

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
will pay 100% of the freight charges (except on items specified F.O.B.) on orders of $650.00 or more to the closest destination to Alaska and Hawaii within the Continental Border of the United States(will estimate).(F.O.B. items may be combined to make this amount) On F.O.B. items, freight will be added to the invoice. On orders of less than $650.00, freight charges will be included on the original invoice or billed separately.

Shipments to other countries other than the United States and Canada
requires customers located outside the United States (with the exception of Canada) to provide us information of an export broker, located within the United States that we can forward their product to. will ship to your broker using our normal shipping policy and procedures. Freight from the broker to your location is the sole responsibility of the customer. All import rules, regulations, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, etc. are also the responsibility of the customer and their broker. requires all orders to be paid in U.S. Currency.

appreciates orders of any size from our customers with accounts. However, if you do order $650.00 or more, you will receive prepaid freight (with the exception of items marked F.O.B).

Non-account holders that wish to establish an account:
Country Clubs, Fitness Facilities and Businesses that wish to establish a Net 30 Day account with should check the box “Welcome to , we look forward to doing business with you. Private Individuals interested in ordering from us:
Individuals that wish to order from may do so. However, we do require a minimum order of $50.00 or more. Normal freight policies apply.

Conditions of Sale and Telephone Calls:
All sales are made on the basis of our sales policies, irrespective of any inconsistent provisions in any purchase order or communication of the purchaser. All prices are subject to change without notice and merchandise will be invoiced at prices prevailing at time of shipment. Title for merchandise passes to our customers when it leaves our warehouse, regardless of liability for transportation or insurance claims. Please, no collect phone calls!

Credit Terms:
Net 30 days for established accounts. If credit has not been established, we will be happy to open an account for you. also accepts VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS for purchases.

Sales Tax:
Illinois sales are subject to 7.50% Sales Tax or a 1.25% Sales Tax on medical items. Illinois sales that are for resale or tax exempt are required to furnish a signed certificate of resale with their state tax exemption number. does not collect sales or use tax for other states – if sales or use tax is applicable, please remit directly to your state.
